Studio Policies
Please read our studio policies and sign below.
1. Tuition - Tuition payment is due in advance of all classes. Tuition and registration fees paid are non-refundable/non-transferable. All new students must pay $20 one-time new student fee
prior
to their first class.
2. Reservation of Space - We will only reserve your child’s space with payment.
3. Late Payments/Returned Checks – The Studio reserves the right to refuse service for late/non-payment.
4. Missed Lessons - There will be no refund or credit for any lesson missed, and we do not offer make-ups.
5. Rescheduled or Canceled Lessons - If lessons must be rescheduled or canceled by the studio, your student's payment will be applied to an online class.
6. Early Drop-Offs/Prompt Pick-up – Please, NO early drop-off of student(s), and prompt and timely pick-up of child(ren) is a MUST. Parents are required to drop their students off at the door and wait outside for pick-up until your student is released to you. Students must wait outside before their class until they are called in. Early drop-offs and/or late pick-ups may result in a charge of $10 per quarter hour or fraction thereof.
7. Allergies and Illness- Studio Claremont is not responsible for any reaction a student may have due to allergies. Studio Claremont is not responsible for any illnesses.
8. Student Behavior – In consideration of others, students are expected to be well mannered at all times in the Studio and Packing House. Please, no running or unattended children.

Art Pick-Up – All summer ceramics art must be picked up two weeks after their child's class. P
rojects will only be held in the studio for 3 months.
After that time, we will dispose of the artwork, as our storage space is very limited.
10. Promotional Photography – Students may be photographed for marketing and promotion of the Studio (website, emails, social media, etc.). If you do not wish to have your child(ren) photographed, please check the box below.

Covid-19 Policies/Procedures
We will not be providing student aprons at this time due to their shared nature. Please wear art appropriate clothing that can get messy. Artists are welcome to bring their own aprons, if desired.

At this time, we will not have a snack time during class. Students can bring their own water, if desired. SORRY NO FOOD ALLOWED.

Students will be required to sit at least 6 ft apart from each other. I understand students will be required to social distance and will not be allowed to hug or touch other students in the studio.

I understand parents will no longer be allowed to stay inside the studio during class.I agree to wait outside until my student is released to me at the end of class.

I agree that my student will wear a mask covering their nose and mouth the entire time they are in the studio. I understand if they are dropped off without a mask or refuse to wear their mask for the duration of class they will be sent home and I will forfeit the cost of the class.

I agree to have my student thermal scanned upon entering the studio to test for possible fever. I understand I cannot leave them until their temperature has been checked.

I agree to check my child for any signs of illness before coming into the studio. I will not send my child(ren) if they have a cough, runny nose, or are sneezing, even if it is allergies. I understand students who appear to be ill will be sent home right away and I will forfeit the cost of the class.

By signing below, the student and/or parent(s) do hereby and forever discharge, release, and hold harmless, Studio Claremont, its owners, employees, and consultants from any and all liabilities, law suits and claims, regarding any damage, loss, illness, allergic reaction or injury resulting from the students voluntary participation in art lessons and programs at Studio Claremont.
