1.  New student enrollment - An Enrollment Form must be completed for each new student.  Payment must accompany Enrollment Form to confirm registration.  A one-time $15 enrollment fee applies for new students to the studio.

2.  Billing - Tuition is billed in 4-week increments and payment is due in advance of the 4-week period.  Payment for summer workshops is due at the time of registration.

3.  Late payments – Late fees may be charged for late payments. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service for late/non-payment of tuition or fees.

4.  Missed lessons - There will be no refund for any lesson, should the student be absent.  When practical, make-up lessons may be available upon advance arrangement with the teacher.

5.  Rescheduled or canceled lessons - If lessons must be rescheduled or canceled by the teacher, the student will have a choice of either having a make-up lesson, if available, or receiving credit for the lesson(s) missed.

6.  Prompt pick-up – Parents agree to prompt and timely pick-up of child upon conclusion of lesson, as the Studio has neither the staff nor the facility to provide after lesson care or supervision. 

7.  Student behavior – In consideration of others, students are expected to be well mannered at all times in the Studio.
